I was impressed by the spacious rooms with big windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The privilege room was well-designed and comfortable for a family of four. The property itself was modern and had all the necessary amenities. The resort's location at the end of the forest was a great advantage. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the friendly staff, especially Jesinta at the reception, went above and beyond to assist us. The resort also provided electric vehicles for easy navigation, ideal for senior citizens. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The only drawbacks were the chargeable Wi-Fi, which was not high-speed, and the sofa cum bed in the privilege room, which was not the most comfortable. However, these issues can be easily addressed for an even better guest experience.
