I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Yashshree Mall Road Darjeeling. the proximity to the mall was convenient for evening strolls with my parents. Upgraded to a room with a view - spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite some minor issues, the staff's attentive service and beautiful sit-out garden elevated our experience.

The staff members were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooms were not only clean and well-maintained but also offered breathtaking views of the valley. One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of amenities such as a pool or gym on the premises.

The location was super convenient for hitting up HOTEL TRIPLETS and ENTERTAINMENT spots. the staff, especially Sneha and Ashish, were chill and always had our backs. the rooms were cozy, and the travel desk helped us plan epic sightseeing trips easily. a rad experience!

Wish there were more late-night party options nearby for us young peeps.

Additionally, the hotel offers comfortable and well-appointed rooms with breathtaking views of the majestic Mt. Kunchenjunga, ensuring a memorable stay amidst the stunning natural beauty of Darjeeling.

Although the hotel boasts a prime location, the entrance is situated on a narrow and busy road, which can pose challenges in terms of parking and unloading luggage.

We were impressed by the efficient and friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. the room we booked had a lovely valley view and was impeccably clean. the bathroom amenities were restocked promptly, and the room service was exceptional. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the market area and popular attractions like the Mall. the extended dining area overlooking the mountains provided a picturesque setting for enjoying a hot cup of Darjeeling tea. the morning black tea served was a highlight, and the breakfast spread, although not extravagant, was satisfying. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Darjeeling.

One area that could be improved upon is the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite poor during our stay. It seems to be a common issue in Darjeeling, but enhancing the Wi-Fi signal strength within the hotel would greatly benefit guests who require a reliable internet connection.

I was spoiled at "the Blossom" restaurant and bar in Gangtok, where culture and flavors converge. the rustic ceilings at Tin Tin Boutique Hotel in Bijanbari were intricately romantic. Sumi Queens Yard Hotel in Darjeeling set a relaxing tone for my vacation.

The hotel's greediness overshadowed every enjoyable aspect.

The cozy room with wooden furnishings made me feel like I was in a mountain cabin, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

One keycard per family room was a minor inconvenience for me.

The staff is polite and courteous, great location near mall road, okayish breakfast.
