The ayurvedic massages at the spa relaxed me, although the only sight more beautiful than the treatments was the view from my Orchid Family Cottage. Cons: Reception should win awards for the coldest welcome.

I had a fantastic stay at Summit Barsana! The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled in a peaceful corner away from the hustle and bustle. The views from the room were breathtaking, especially on clear days. The staff, including Nikhil at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The hotel also provided a taxi operator named Suman Rai, who not only drove me around but also gave me insights into local culture. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the chef, Ashis, was amazing and always went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences.

Though the hotel's restaurant is great, the dinner hour is a bit late. Also, the hotel is not near any restaurants, so dining options are limited.
