A camping trip to a cozy cottage led to a memorable stay. the proximity to the famous market made exploring a breeze. the breakfast spread was delightful but lacking variety. the view from my room named 'Jamling' was a feast for the eyes. Courteous staff and a heritage vibe sealed the deal—recommended!

The panoramic view of the Darjeeling range from the terrace and rooms was breathtaking, providing a truly memorable experience. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay pleasant. improvements can be made in terms of controlling noise disturbances caused by unruly guests and enhancing the quality of amenities like Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Loved the breathtaking mountain views from the upper floors and the see-through elevators - felt like floating in the clouds! the warm and attentive staff and the delicious dinner at the restaurant made our stay extra special and truly unforgettable. it was a bummer that the hotel didn't offer a pick-up service, leaving us to deal with overpriced cabs for an 8-minute ride. 😞

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to all tourist attractions and the Japanese Temple, yet away from the busy main roads. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering services like room service and car hire. The room was spacious and had great amenities like an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We especially enjoyed dining in the restaurant which served excellent food and had a beautiful terrace and outdoor dining area.

I had the best view in Darjeeling from my room on the fourth floor of Summit Swiss Heritage. The valley, clouds, and even the toy train passing by made it truly magical. The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of me and my baby. I highly recommend this hotel!

As longer term business travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pandim cottage in Darjeeling. The heritage building was a delightful experience, with spacious rooms and a cozy fireplace. We appreciated the room heaters provided and the comfortable queen size bed. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were always helpful and attentive. The highlight was the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga from the garden in front of the cottages.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the main market and within walking distance of all the major tourist destinations in the area. We had a great new year experience at the hotel. Complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were added bonuses. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area. the view from the room was breathtaking and we enjoyed it every minute.

The closing time of the kitchen was a bit early, which was inconvenient for us when we wanted to have a midnight snack. we found it difficult to get a hold of room service during peak hours.
