Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch, especially with their thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary food for our baby. We also enjoyed the spacious villa and the amenities that came with it, making our stay even more comfortable.

On the other hand, the absence of a shuttle service to the nearest town was quite inconvenient, as it was a bit secluded. there was a lot of walking required, and the kids' area was quite small, which made it a bit challenging to keep them entertained.

La localisation de l'hôtel laisse à désirer, avec peu d'options de divertissement à proximité et une plage assez ordinaire. Les chambres sont correctes mais dépassées, avec un décor des années 80 qui donne l'impression de remonter dans le temps. Les salles de bains sont propres mais basiques. Le petit déjeuner offre peu de choix et n'est pas organisé de manière efficace.

Le service laisse beaucoup à désirer, avec un manque d'attention et de professionnalisme de la part du personnel.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met all of our needs. The service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all clean and well-maintained, while the body scrub and full body massage were indulgent treats. The Spa lounge and treatment room provided a peaceful and serene escape.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.

Exceptionally clean property, beautiful rooms, fabulous views, excellent facilities , welcoming staff, great place for pure air and relaxation.

This beautiful resort offers stunning views of the hills, valleys, and lush green tea gardens, providing a serene and picturesque environment for guests. The spacious rooms boast exquisite decor and fittings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at the restaurant, especially Rohan and Amanjeet Singh, are welcoming and provide excellent service. Additionally, the state-of-the-art gym and refreshing pool are great facilities for guests to enjoy.

The lobby and dining hall decor could use some improvement, as they do not meet the standard of elegance expected from a luxury hotel.
