There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in HICC. The hotel facilities were excellent and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of our room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The location in the centre of the city was convenient and made it easy for us to explore this city. The breakfast provided was of very good quality and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered convenient parking facilities and transportation arrangements.

Outdated facilities.

During our trip, we stayed in a hotel that was in a great location, right in the center of the city with many nearby attractions. We were amazed by the hospitality shown by the staff, especially at the Areena restaurant, where Sahil provided exceptional service. Additionally, the gym area had all of the necessary equipment and was well-maintained.

The exterior of the building and its surroundings could benefit from some improvements.

taj deccan surpassed my expectations during my recent stay in hyderabad. from the spacious room to the attentive and courteous staff, everything was top-notch. they even went above and beyond, offering alternative activities and arranging a free pick and drop to taj krishna for pool access.

Pool not operational.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. The staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even provided me with an early check-in and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were knowledgeable about the local food and culture, and the Indo-Chinese cuisine they served was delicious. The traveler desk was also very helpful in arranging last-minute transportation. the service and hospitality at this hotel were exceptional.

Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

On our romantic escapade, we had an incredible time at this hotel. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We particularly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite and the lovely spread at the restaurant. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying some sightseeing. the hotel had a spa, which was a great advantage, and we enjoyed the couples’ massage.

The power outages during the day. It was quite inconvenient, and we had a rather scary experience in the lift when the power came back on.

I was impressed with the extensive breakfast buffet offered at Taj Deccan, especially the variety of Indian and Western cuisine. Also, the restaurant manager, Venkat, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great breakfast experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The service was impeccable and we enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The Spa lounge was a fantastic relaxation area and we indulged in body wraps and massages. The garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was beautiful and peaceful.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant. Although the in-room breakfast was excellent, the special diet menus were limited and the packed lunches were average.
