The room was nicely designed and well-lit. the view from the window was breathtaking and it was the perfect spot to have our morning tea. the location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the variety of food options and the great coffee.

We did encounter some issues with the billing and communication with the staff. It seemed like the staff member we spoke to wasn't very interested in clearing up the confusion and it took multiple calls to sort out the overcharge.

The location was great for visiting the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the Ganges and the mountains. The property is brand new and the interiors are beautifully done up. The breakfast had a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
