Just spent 2 weeks in Kumarakom, at an old family home full of history. LOVED the local breakfast by the backwaters and the amazing service. Definitely coming back. the rooms were even better than the photos! .

stayed at Tharavadu - A Heritage Hotel, Lovely heritage property with serene ambience. Comfortable beds, beautiful traditional decor, and delicious local fish dishes by chef Revi. Manager Mr Soji was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions and easy access to boat trips and public ferry.

Had a blast at this gem of a place, loved the quaint buildings and cozy rooms with comfy beds and a cool pool view! the peaceful vibe made it so chill, perfect for unwinding. Only snag was one grumpy front desk dude, not a biggie, though - didn't faze my fab stay at all! 🌴

The database provided a convenient layout with easy navigation, making it simple to find the information I needed. the room I stayed in was very basic but cozy, located in the annex building near the main entrance. the small balcony facing the garden with coconut trees and yellow coconut fruits added a nice touch to the ambiance.

I found that the WiFi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times, requiring me to move closer to the main building for a stronger signal. It was a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning for those who rely on a reliable internet connection during their stay.
