The service at Art Hotel By Via was exceptional. We arrived late and hungry, and despite the kitchen being closed, the cook went out of his way to make us a delicious meal. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with a compact layout perfect for our group. The location was also convenient, close to shops and main roads. The meals prepared at the hotel were top-notch, with the chef's parothas being a must-try.

The hotel is a bit small with limited rooms, but the quality of the rooms makes up for it. The WiFi connectivity and phone signal were not the best, but the staff could consider using a signal booster.
