We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location in a peaceful area in a quiet neighborhood amidst greenery was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel were very cordial and provided us with the best services during our stay. From the waiters to the reception staff to the security guard, everyone was attentive and prompt in their service. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a range of services, including room service, car hire, housekeeping, and airport shuttle. We particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The only recommendation we would have is for the staff to be more attentive and prompt at service. However, despite this minor issue, we would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my business trip. They made check-in and check-out hassle-free. The location was conveniently close to many business centers and easy to locate. The restaurant offered a good variety of food options for breakfast and dinner.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows too soft, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning was not efficient and the bathroom had poor maintenance, with mold in the shower.

I had a very pleasant stay at Brook - Resorts & Spa. The resort is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and my kids enjoyed the kids play room. The hotel also arranged transportation back to Salem at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend staying here.
