An unforgettable stay with a picturesque view of the lake. the inclusive package was a great deal offering delicious meals and fun club activities. the staff were friendly, particularly Kanmani who went above and beyond to assist. Unfortunately, a noisy party disrupted one night's sleep, but the serene location more than made up for it. the cherry on top would be the addition of a swimming pool and boat rides, creating the perfect getaway.

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony made our stay at Carlton truly memorable. Convenient location near Kodai Lake and city market. Neat and tidy rooms with a great view. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of dishes, including a healthy vegetable salad. Activities and services provided by Carlton club were enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the stunning view from the hotel rooms and the delicious and varied buffet spread. the staff was friendly, and we particularly appreciated the kind service of one person who accommodated all our requests with a smiling face.

Some staff at the front office were discourteous, seemingly assuming that guests would run away without paying. They did not seem to know standard procedures while dealing with returning guests.

Arrived in this luxury hotel and was amazed by the outstanding beauty of the stunning view from the room of the lake and forest. The private facilities are exclusive and allow for relaxation that is hard to find anywhere else. The professional service of the staff and Spa & wellness center were perfect, with a Full body massage that included a body scrub leaving my skin soft and silky. I enjoyed the BBQ facilities in the garden area, which was a unique experience and perfect for special events.

The breakfast served at the restaurant was mediocre in comparison to the high price. Although the restaurant has a good location, it lacked flavor and creativity.
