I had a pleasant stay at Claridges. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the hot showers were a welcome relief after a long day of exploring. The WiFi was strong and reliable, and the meeting areas were excellent for getting work done.

The ground floor room was noisy, and I regretted choosing it. Additionally, the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, so some facilities like the bar, spa, and swimming pool are not available at the moment.

The Mediterranean restaurant served delicious food, while Dhaba offered a unique experience of traditional highway cuisine. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff, including the duty managers and house cleaning manager, provided outstanding service.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at a top-notch hotel. the room was excellent with all the facilities you could ask for. the staff were professional and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to key attractions like India Gate and the diplomatic area. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants available, with Sevilla and Jade being our favorites. the food, atmosphere, and staff in both restaurants were outstanding.

The only downside was the occasional noise from renovations in our room, but overall, our stay was excellent. the hotel could improve by minimizing disruptions during renovation work.

Thomas, the Front Office Supervisor, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even organized a bouquet of flowers and cake for our honeymoon! The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The location of the property in the peaceful diplomatic quarters was perfect for a relaxing stay.
