The service, food, and location were amazing! The fish and omelette were really good. The wait staff from The Creek was professional and accommodating. The service manager runs a tight ship with a friendly and well-mannered staff. The hotel shuttle ride was comfortable and enjoyable, with a knowledgeable and entertaining driver. Our room attendant did an excellent job and deserves recognition.

The food and service were absolutely amazing! The staff was really friendly and accommodating, especially the wait staff at the restaurant. The location was also great, very convenient and close to all the key attractions. We also enjoyed the shuttle ride to the airport, it was comfortable and the driver was really entertaining.

It was a little disappointing that not all the rooms had a health faucet/handheld spray jet. We stayed in a lower priced room and didn't have that facility in the toilet.

Our recent stay at Den in the Whitefield area of Bangalore was exceptional. The architecture of the brand new hotel was stunning, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was very convenient for our meetings in Whitefield, saving us from the horrendous Bangalore traffic. We also appreciated that outside food was allowed, unlike some other 5-star hotels. The amenities, including the playing area and bar, were top-notch. The bathtub in our room was a luxurious touch, and we were provided with a variety of toiletries and kits. if we have the chance to visit Bangalore again, we would definitely choose to stay at Den.

The only minor drawback was the cost of the cab to the airport, which was more expensive than the room itself. However, the vehicle provided was in good condition, so it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel is located in the Whitefield area of Bangalore, which is a great location for young people. The rooms are clean and offer a beautiful city view. The staff is generally helpful and the gym facilities are good.

The service in the restaurant was not very courteous, which was a bit disappointing.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with impeccable service and a warm welcome. The Spa & wellness centre was one of the best I have ever experienced. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and the sun loungers were comfortable. The massage I received from the treatment room was top-notch. The restaurant served delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind. The private facilities in the room were exclusive and added to the overall luxury. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I had was that the sauna was not available during my stay. However, this did not affect my enjoyment of the hotel and all the other amenities more than made up for it.

Clean rooms, great city view. Open bathroom in room. Excellent amenities and wide variety of food options for breakfast and dinner buffet. Satisfying and helpful staff. A pleasant stay overall.
