The check-in process was contactless, quick, and efficient. The room we booked, Winter Green, was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. The beds were cozy, and the pillows and linen were of high quality. We also had a sit-out area, which was well-done and provided additional space. The hotel had good food options, and we enjoyed the decently flavored meals, especially during our room service dinner.
