The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled on the hill above the town, offering a tranquil ambiance. Guests can enjoy a speed boat ride at the nearby Pykara lake in Ooty. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean linen. The bathrooms are well-maintained and equipped with decent toiletries. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with a well-trained and attentive team. The breakfast spread offers a variety of delicious South Indian dishes.

There could be more activities offered within the hotel premises to keep guests engaged, as Coonoor itself doesn't have many attractions.

While the serene atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, there were a few downsides to the property. The limited meeting space could be problematic for larger groups and the monkeys in the area could be a bit of a nuisance if the doors were left open.
