Our parents enjoyed the cozy evening bonfire, and the restaurant's decor, service, and food were excellent with a personal touch. the staff went above and beyond, even mailing a forgotten item to our home for free. Kannan and Jitesh provided outstanding service, going the extra mile by arranging transportation in dense fog. the location, staff, and recreational activities made our stay truly memorable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled on the hill above the town, offering a tranquil ambiance. Guests can enjoy a speed boat ride at the nearby Pykara lake in Ooty. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean linen. The bathrooms are well-maintained and equipped with decent toiletries. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with a well-trained and attentive team. The breakfast spread offers a variety of delicious South Indian dishes.

There could be more activities offered within the hotel premises to keep guests engaged, as Coonoor itself doesn't have many attractions.

Nestled in nature's embrace, this hotel is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views made my stay here an unforgettable experience. the spacious rooms and excellent personal attention were also top-notch amenities that added to my comfort. the local market area nearby was great for exploring and finding unique handicrafts.

While the serene atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, there were a few downsides to the property. the limited meeting space could be problematic for larger groups and the monkeys in the area could be a bit of a nuisance if the doors were left open.
