I was in Bangalore for a day trip to Mysore and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging it for me. The breakfast and food at the hotel were delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the metro, shopping malls, and restaurants. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff and the amazing food - a true display of Taj hospitality at its best.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a relaxing full body massage and a spa lounge perfect for unwinding. the outdoor swimming pool was also impressive, complete with sun loungers and a garden area. the location advantages of being close to shops and amenities were convenient for exploring the area.

The only minor issue was the noise disturbance from the night club nearby, which could be heard faintly in our room.

the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and promptly escorted to our room. Complimentary water was provided throughout our stay. the highlight was definitely the breakfast, a delightful fusion of Western and Indian cuisine. the chef personally greeted us and the staff provided detailed explanations of each dish. They even assisted us with obtaining a phone SIM card and securing affordable train tickets. this has been my best hotel experience to date, with great value for money.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture and a good way to start the day. the free Wi-Fi was a convenient perk. the hotel's proximity to local restaurants and shopping areas was great and made it easy to explore the neighborhood. the room had a lovely view of the skyline.

The noise from the construction going on next door was unbearable and made it difficult to relax during the day. the pool was also closed for maintenance, which was a letdown since it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
