Efficient staff, quick service. Breakfast options available: Continental, Indian, and American. Minor electrical issue fixed promptly. Helpful and cheerful staff, especially Bheem Rana. Pinky and Ricken, the managers, were excellent. Airport pick-up in a luxurious car. Rooms were clean and had a pleasant scent. Palace-like restaurant with delicious food. Brijendra Mishra, the Front Office Supervisor, was professional and considerate. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Grand Regency for a few days. The rooms were immaculate and the inclusive breakfast was a delightful bonus. The restaurant manager provided exceptional service, making our dining experience enjoyable. It was convenient to have underground parking available, especially considering the hotel's prime location on the main market road. The staff was helpful in assisting us with early check-in after our early morning flight. a great experience with clean rooms, good food, and attentive staff.

Great Stay in the Heart of the City

What a fantastic weekend! the location of the hotel was so convenient, just a stone's throw from the main street and all the shops. the hotel facilities were impressive too, the reception area was bright and airy, and the room was spotless and spacious. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which boasted a wide variety of delicious food. the staff was attentive to all of my needs and always provided top-notch service.

That our room was facing a busy road, and we could hear the traffic noise all night. the curtains did not keep out the light, which made it difficult to sleep.
