I always stay here. First time, staff helped with bags. Place suits me: Free Wi-Fi, Electric kettle, Restaurant, Board games. Adults only, No pets. 24-hour reception, security. I return for xmas.

We had a great time at Hosteller in Shimla. the location on the Ridge was perfect for exploring the famous Mall road. the staff, especially Mohini at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway at this hostel! The dorms were clean, cozy, and had comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace had stunning mountain views, and the cafeteria served delicious food. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with popular spots just a short walk away.

Charges for extra services like laundry and towels were a bit expensive. a shared TV in the common area would have been a nice addition.
