Best aspects of my stay during New Year's at this hotel were the breathtaking location and the amazing view of the water. It was so peaceful and serene to wake up and see the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff were friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Worst aspects of my experience at this hotel were the unreliable air conditioning and the miscommunication and confusion with the staff. the air conditioning in the rooms was not always reliable, which made it uncomfortable at times.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated right on the backwaters. We had a fantastic view of the passing boats from our balcony chairs. Additionally, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. the receptionist guy went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was always ready for a chat.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the poor service provided by the hotel. the food was consistently cold, even after multiple complaints to the staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

They provided free and secure car parking and a convenient boat transfer to the resort. The tropical gardens were beautiful and the perfect place to relax after a day of activities. The evening boat cruises, both the free sunset cruise and the private under the stars option, were delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with the option of air conditioning. The breakfast in the garden setting was fantastic, with a variety of fresh local produce. The resort is conveniently located and offers a wide range of reasonably priced local activities.

The resort offered free secure parking and transfers to the island by boat. the location was perfect, set in beautiful tropical gardens on an island. One of the best things was the evening sunset boat cruise, which was included in the stay. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony and bathroom facilities. the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of fresh local produce and specialties. the resort was also close to town, with an easy stroll to the ferry jetty.

One thing I didn't like was that upon arrival, there was a mix-up with our room reservation and it had been sold to someone else. We were offered an upgrade to a house boat, but it was actually a downgrade as the AC didn't work and the power was cut off at night, leaving us without a fan.

The value for money at Lake Paradise Boutique Resort was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location right on the water was beautiful, and the staff treated us with great kindness and hospitality. Antony, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

Everything was spot on.

The room had a big window overlooking the waters, perfect for enjoying the view. We also loved the delicious and affordable food options available. And the sunrise tour we booked was the highlight of our trip, exploring the small channels and experiencing the backwaters in a unique way.

The transportation to and from the island can be a bit inconvenient as there is no direct path. You have to rely on unreliable ferries or expensive boat taxis.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Paradise. The location is brilliant, right on the waters edge. Antony, the owner, was very helpful and takes great pride in his place. The room with the private balcony had the best view and was worth the extra cost. The room was bright, clean, and spacious with a big bathroom and reliable hot water. The breakfast was generous and the best coffee we had in weeks. Naveen, the staff member, was attentive and pleasant. Highly recommended!
