The hotel is amazing, modern and filled with luxury. Excellent hospitality by the staff. Spacious and clean rooms with all the little extra touches. Top-notch facilities including a gorgeous bathroom. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good transfer service from the airport. Royal Club room worth it.

The value for money at The Leela was excellent, with a basic room that was better than premium rooms at other hotels. The location was convenient, close to the airport and connected to the Ambiance Mall. The staff at the hotel were polite and efficient, making the check-in process quick and hassle-free.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to improve the service at Spectra during the rush. The waiting time at live counters and buffet was longer than usual, and there was a need for better communication and coordination among the service staff.

I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Titin, who was truly amazing and provided exceptional assistance throughout my entire stay. The food was good and the person who cleaned my room did an excellent job, for which I am grateful.

I loved the Club Room Royal at this hotel, and the executive lounge was exceptional. The location is excellent for doing business in the Ambiance office area, and the mall next door is fantastic. The hotel provided me with a beautiful car to my office location, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. However, there was one noise issue late at night with an event that affected my stay; otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

We had a delightful stay at The Leela. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was also big. The reception and front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location was conveniently near the airport. The highlight of our stay was the exquisite cuisine and classy service at The Spectre Restaurant. Miss Ria at the front desk stood out with her outstanding manners and behavior. The concierge and Maharaj were exceptional. The beautiful and extravagant ambiance of the hotel was perfect. We were grateful for the courteous manager who upgraded us to the Panoramic suite after a tiring day of missing our flight.

My recent stay at The Leela in Gurgaon was exceptional. The hotel's staff was polite and always ready to assist. The breakfast selection was excellent and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, making it easy to travel around the area. I have stayed at The Leela before and will definitely choose it again in the future.

Great service and staff! Loved the complementary airport transfer and breakfast buffet. Prime location next to a mall with many options for food and shopping. The gym was very well equipped and had a variety of machines.

The rooms were a bit dark and didn't get enough natural sunlight. The noise level at night could get a bit loud, especially during wedding season.

The hotel was in a great location with a mall nearby, which was convenient. The Indian restaurant Diya was not bad, especially being so close to the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was luxurious and clean. The service was great and staff were friendly. Breakfast was super tasty and had a good variety of food. The gym, spa and swimming pool were all great facilities to have.
