The room service was excellent, with prompt and efficient service. The bar had a lively atmosphere with live music performed by an exceptionally talented musician. The highlight was Ms Catherine's amazing voice and song choices. it was a stress-relieving and home-like experience.

The hotel I stayed in during my city break had fantastic facilities and service. the spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and boasted amazing views of the city from the upper floors. the food was also of high quality and the staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay very enjoyable.

The location wasn't ideal for exploring the city on foot as it was a bit far from some of the main sites and attractions. the breakfast menu was somewhat limited in options which could leave some guests looking for a bit more variety.
