We recently stayed at Lodhi - A Member Of the Leading Hotels Of the World and had an incredible experience. the deluxe room with a plunge pool was spacious and luxurious, surpassing even the standards of a decent suite. the temperature-controlled pool added to our enjoyment, and the hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure our comfort. From a smooth check-in to a beautifully decorated room to a seamless checkout, every aspect of our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Delhi.

Great service from the staff, made me feel like royalty. Excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and ensured I saw everything without getting ripped off. Delicious food at the Indian Accent restaurant, the tasting menu and wine pairing were exceptional and reasonably priced.

Difficulties in contacting the hotel and changing my credit card information. Disappointing service at the bar, had to wait a while and wave someone down to take our order.

We had a wonderful experience at a hotel in central Delhi. The service at the Elan restaurant was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The food was delicious and the restaurant is even listed among the world's 50 best restaurants. The room was comfortable and had a private plunge pool, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The spa was also top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience.

There were some issues with the minimal staff at the lobby, which made the overall experience a bit impersonal at times.

I had a truly impressive experience at Lodhi - A Member Of The Leading Hotels Of The World. The customer service was outstanding. I had an issue with a small refund and Rajiv, the Chief Concierge, promptly took action to resolve it. When there was a delay, Mahesh Singh, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to ensure the refund was processed and transferred to my credit card. Their dedication and effort for such a small amount was remarkable. This kind of customer service is what sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great complementary bottle of water and newspaper. Location is convenient near main highway and airport. the room was spacious.

The staff was not helpful in assisting with billing issues. the room was not cleaned to expectations and had an unpleasant odor.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of choices and high quality. The a la carte option was a great touch. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a central and convenient location. Additionally, the staff were super helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room, while beautiful, had some worn-out areas and scratches on the furniture. It would have been better if the maintenance and upkeep of the rooms were improved.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury with impeccably designed interiors and exclusive amenities. the service is exceptional, with staff attending to all our needs, from in-room breakfast to massage services at the Spa & wellness centre. the swimming pool area is a dream, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas scattered throughout the garden area.

The only minor downside was the restaurant, where the dishes were a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area more than compensated for it with their delicious snacks and drinks.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Dinner at Indian Accent exceeded expectations, attentive staff. Lovely staff, best beds, away from traffic noise. Premier room with plunge pool was amazing. Superb staff, attentive and courteous. Super clean, modern, and spacious hotel. Great spa and professional drivers. Highly recommended.
