Just came back from an amazing stay in Nainital. the breakfast was the HIGHLIGHT - àlacarte in the suite. Everything was even better than the photos. Would totally stay here again!

had a cozy, clean stay at leisure hotels with extremely courteous staff. enjoyed morning tea and evening drinks with beautiful lake views. spacious duplex room well-maintained, plus live music and bonfire in the garden area. highly recommend for a leisure stay, especially in maharaja lounge area. cons: cannot find any fault.

the hotel's proximity to the lake and market yet away from the hustle was perfect. the staff was courteous, and the views from the colonial property were stunning. A few minor issues, but overall a cozy and pleasant experience for leisure travelers.

The staff at this hotel is very well versed with the area & totally service driven. They are nice and cooperative, especially Pankaj Bisht & Rajiv at the front desk, who are very courteous and warm. the restaurant, bar/ lounge area, packed lunches, and special diet menus had a host of scrumptious options. Breakfast has a good variety to cater to all taste buds and age groups. the entertainment at the garden area is complementary for all rooms and is a decent spread.

The location is quite interior, which might be bad for people without having their own vehicle. the view from the rooms is shared by 3 rooms, so you can just have a glimpse of the lake.

We truly enjoyed the wonderful views from the hotel, along with the excellent service provided by the courteous staff. the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were exceptional, and the hotel facilities, including the evening High tea and outside deck Tea stand, added to our delightful stay. the location's proximity to the mall road, with shuttle facilities provided, was convenient for exploring the city. Special thanks to Mr Shashank for ensuring our transportation needs were met.

The hotel's decor was charming, with beautiful floral arrangements and cozy sitting areas perfect for elderly guests to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, making it convenient to move around and explore the property without any hassle. Cons: Better vacation for senior people: Extend entertainment hours beyond 9 pm.

Located high in the hills, The Naini Retreat offers stunning views of the valley and easy access to the Tibetan market. The rooms, while varying in size, provide a cozy and comfortable environment for guests. The bathroom facilities are generally clean and well-maintained. The staff provides exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all. The breakfast spread offers a variety of delicious culinary options. The complimentary services, such as the to-and-fro taxi service to the main bazaar area and spa treatments, add to the overall positive experience.

Some areas of the property may require maintenance for plumbing and cleanliness.

Situated in a hilly location with stunning scenery, this ex home of a local family offers comfortable colonial-style rooms. The hotel features a lovely garden with a European feel and offers great views of the town and lake. The restaurant serves delicious food with a wide variety of options, and the activity manager is helpful in arranging memorable experiences. The staff is friendly and there are enjoyable evening entertainment options available.

Nice view of the hills and beautiful garden. Rooms were clean and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was really good with a wide selection. the lobby was spacious and had a homely feel to it. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. It was nice to have free parking on the property.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, it took almost an hour to get there. the Wi-Fi was spotty and constantly disconnected.

I had an amazing stay at the stunning property in Nainital. The location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The highlight of my trip was the personalized day trip with a knowledgeable guide who took me on an unforgettable trek and showed me the best spots in the area. The photos he took were professional and captured the beauty of the surroundings perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights here and can't wait to come back. Definitely recommended!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel is amazing, perched high in the hills with a breathtaking view of the lake. The narrow ascending slope, surrounded by greenery, adds to the charm. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and other amenities available for our convenience. The staff were so polite and made all the arrangements we asked for. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the live entertainment and the BBQ facilities in the garden area. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. this place exceeded our expectations with its amazing service and beautiful location.

The only downside, if any, would be that the hotel does not allow pets. Other than that, we would highly recommend this place to everyone.
