Had a wonderful stay over Xmas! Loved the stunning view from the room and the top-notch service. the location couldn't be better - the hotel is right by the main road making it easy to go anywhere, and the back gate opens up to a beautiful river that's just 10 steps away. the room was pristine and had a glass-enclosed balcony, offering an amazing view. the food was awesome, making our Xmas so much more special, and the staff were very friendly too. it was a great experience!

There were a few disappointments as well though. the WiFi connection was too weak to be of much use.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with a stunning view from my room. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area for maximum comfort. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including car hire, laundry, and dry cleaning. I loved the fact that there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, making it convenient for me to stay connected. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I truly felt like a VIP.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views from our room. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and the breakfast served was delicious. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the property.

While the weak WiFi connection was a minor inconvenience, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. We also found that more information could have been provided upon entering the room to avoid any confusion, like the location of switches.
