The hotel absolutely blew us away with its top-notch service and fantastic location nestled in the heart of Shimla. the staff, from the manager to the talented chef, went above and beyond to cater to our every need, making us feel like VIPs every step of the way. Our kids had a blast at the activity center, and we truly relaxed at the spa—they offer incredible massages! 🌟 Only gripe: pillows were a tad too firm, but that's on me for not switching them out!

I adored the charming decor and comfortable spaces at the hotel. the beautiful colonial architecture and stunning surroundings brought back fond memories of a bygone era. the hotel's convenient location on Shimla's Mall Road made exploring easy for senior folks like me.

The service at this hotel is exceptional! I had a flight cancellation and they organized a drive for me to Delhi, which took 8 hours. The driver was excellent and made the journey comfortable. The waiters in the restaurant were a bit busy, but the food was delicious. The valley view from my room was nice, although the balcony was small. I would recommend this hotel.

The Oberoi Cecil in Shimla was the finest hotel I've stayed in. Luxurious decor, attention to detail, and stunning location. Excellent customer service from staff in all areas including front of house, restaurant, activity center, and swimming pool. Memorable experience for the whole family.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the range of facilities and amenities at the hotel. The staff, including Rajkumar, Kartik, Gaurav, Rohit, Deepika. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special, decorating our room for our birthday and anniversary celebrations and even sending complimentary cakes. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and the children's play area was large and filled with various games and activities. We also enjoyed the warm swimming pool and indulged in rejuvenating spa therapies. The hotel organized bonfires in the evenings, and they assisted us in arranging a day picnic and a walking trail at Glen forest, which was a must-do in the area.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service which included two complementary activities. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring all the nearby areas.

the monkeys frequently invaded our balcony which was rather unpleasant. the stay was alright but we felt that the value for money was not quite worth it.
