Omg, 🌟 the room amenities are out of this world! spacious and super clean rooms with all the facilities you need. the staff is very humble, perfect! only drawback is the small rooms.

The staff's hospitality was as comforting as a warm blanket on a chilly evening. Executive Chef Sulav's culinary skills left my taste buds dancing the salsa, while Roshi and Surjeet's service was smoother than a silk scarf gliding in the wind.

Oh my goodness, you guys! my stay at this hotel was simply amazing! the view from my room to a valley view was breathtaking 🌄. the breakfast was really bad, very limited choices. Can't wait to come back for that view though! .

From Sunny the chef ensuring our meals were satisfactory to Akash, Vikram, and their colleagues managing check-in and providing helpful information, their hospitality was exceptional. the property boasts a beautiful setting with small but cozy rooms and breathtaking views. the breakfast spread was diverse, and the Roof-top House of Glass restro was a delightful experience.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding dry area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable chairs, a table, and ample storage space for luggage. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like the anti-slip mat and sensor lights. The staff is friendly and responsive, providing excellent service. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious dishes, including mouth-watering north Indian specialties like parathas and rajma chawal. Additionally, the hotel provides facilities like a gym, spa, and kids play area, ensuring a pleasurable stay.

The room service can be improved, and sometimes it may take several calls to get a response.

During Christmas, we stayed in a hotel that had excellent amenities. There were many special touches, such as cookies and coffee beans in the room, and the service personnel were very responsive. One standout feature was the exceptional north Indian food, particularly the Shimla Rajma Chawal served in a square platter. the view from the restaurant and room was also great, and the spa was clean and of a really good standard.

There were a few drawbacks to our hotel experience. the washbasin area was clumsy, and it was challenging to keep essentials organized.

Starting with a warm welcome with welcome drink, this hotel made us feel special. the Spa & Wellness center was equipped with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, Jacuzzi, and a massage parlor. the heated swimming pool here was relaxing and well-maintained. Anything we needed was provided instantaneously by the courteous staff. the location was convenient, surrounded by a sun terrace and a garden area. CON: An odd issue was unexpectedly struggling to keep my essential shaving items in the washbasin area, as the space was too small.

Our stay at Orchid Hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms had breathtaking views and were equipped with all the amenities we needed, including free WiFi and a gym. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, especially the delicious "Idli". The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend visiting this hotel.

The location is excellent, close to Mall Road and other sub towns. The hotel has three restaurants, serving delicious food, especially the rooftop restaurant with its stunning valley view. The staff was humble and cooperative, making my stay luxurious. I highly recommend this pocket-friendly hotel to anyone traveling to Shimla.

Nice touches like sensor lights and anti-slip mats in the bathrooms. The staff is responsive and the service is excellent.

As a tourist, I was impressed by the beautiful location amidst nature, just a short distance from Shimla's Mall Road. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and made me feel so welcome, truly like a home away from home. The facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, kids area, and restaurants. The delicious food served by the friendly staff, led by Mr. Ganesh, the F&B manager, exceeded my expectations. staying at this hotel was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it.
