The rooftop pool was a highlight of our stay, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. At breakfast, we enjoyed the freshly made dosas and omelettes. The rooms were clean and spacious. we would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Munnar.

The facilities at this stay were fantastic! The breathtaking view from the balcony, well-maintained rooms and washrooms, and the delicious and worth-every-penny food made our trip memorable. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were exceptional.

I had a fabulous solo trip to a hotel nestled low on the hills. The location offered breathtaking views of the valley, which I could admire from my room's deck balcony. The in-house restaurant provided a great dining experience, with a multi-cuisine menu to choose from. The hotel also had two heated swimming pools, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. it was a wonderful experience.

The absence of a bar was a slight inconvenience for me as I enjoy having a drink during my travels.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that truly make for a luxurious stay. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, providing a wide range of services including a relaxing steam room. the infinity pool offers breathtaking views and is a great place to lounge on the sun terrace with a refreshing drink from the full restaurant menu. the room was impeccable, equipped with private facilities and breakfast in bed upon request.

Although everything was exceptional, there was one minor issue with billing. the initially booked billing sum didn't reflect upon the final bill received.

The location, pool, rooms, views. The lobby terrace, rooftop infinity pool, and rooms offer amazing views. The luxurious amenities, professional staff, and excellent service create a memorable experience. The breakfast spread is great, and the transport options are convenient. a perfect choice for a holiday.

Celebrated New Year with comfort. the complimentary water bottles and chocolates were a nice touch. the hotel’s location amidst lush greenery made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. the highlight was definitely the cozy bonfire on New Year’s Eve, where we enjoyed hot snacks and drinks while ringing in the new year.

The room service was quite slow and some of our requests were forgotten. the food served in the restaurants was average at best, and not worth the price.
