The Park Navi Mumbai exceeded our expectations with its great location and stunning greenery views. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel also had a decent gym and a fantastic masseur/masseuse. As vegetarians, we were thrilled to find a variety of delicious breakfast options. The room facilities were top-notch, with prompt housekeeping and in-room dining service. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

However, the hotel's location near a golf course and government buildings, with a beautiful hill backdrop, provided a serene and picturesque setting for guests. The service provided by the staff was amazing, with helpful and pleasant employees ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the surrounding greenery and hills added to the overall ambiance.

The decor and cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with old furnishings and stained carpets mentioned in the reviews.

Spent our Christmas holiday at a wonderful hotel in the Mumbai area. The hotel has an excellent location, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. We were pleasantly surprised with two complementary facts at check-in, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was clean and well-maintained with plenty of loungers and chairs to relax in.

The downside of our experience was the limited food options available at the hotel restaurant. Although the menu had some tasty dishes, we would have preferred a greater variety of options to choose from.
