Exceptional Housekeeping Staff and Impeccable Rooms

The exceptional housekeeping staff, especially Rajesh Gautam, truly made my stay memorable with their impeccable service and attention to detail. the rooms were very nice, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. One area for improvement could be the responsiveness of the kitchen staff during breakfast hours.

The Park Navi Mumbai exceeded our expectations with its great location and stunning greenery views. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel also had a decent gym and a fantastic masseur/masseuse. As vegetarians, we were thrilled to find a variety of delicious breakfast options. The room facilities were top-notch, with prompt housekeeping and in-room dining service. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We felt perfectly accommodated, with nothing being too much trouble.

The grilled sandwiches are straight-up legendary. Rooms are clean, staff's on point, and that breakfast buffet? Chef's kiss.

However, the hotel's location near a golf course and government buildings, with a beautiful hill backdrop, provided a serene and picturesque setting for guests. The service provided by the staff was amazing, with helpful and pleasant employees ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the surrounding greenery and hills added to the overall ambiance.

The decor and cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with old furnishings and stained carpets mentioned in the reviews.

The breakfast buffet was bangin', with a good spread to choose from; the rooms were kept clean and had all the essentials stocked up; and the pool was on point, always clean and inviting. the spa and outdoor pool were real chill places to unwind after a long day out. the only bummer was some pesky mosquitoes around the lobby, but a quick Uber ride sorted out exploring New Mumbai, so no biggie. 🌟

Had a very relaxing stay at The Park. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff was attentive and the service was quick. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent our Christmas holiday at a wonderful hotel in the Mumbai area. the hotel has an excellent location, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. We were pleasantly surprised with two complementary facts at check-in, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the pool area was clean and well-maintained with plenty of loungers and chairs to relax in.

The downside of our experience was the limited food options available at the hotel restaurant. Although the menu had some tasty dishes, we would have preferred a greater variety of options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were cozy and the bed was really comfortable. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of choices for all tastes. The hotel's location was perfect, in a peaceful area, yet still close to the city centre. We can also attest to the outstanding service provided by the bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and restaurant catering.
