I got lost in the hotel trying to find the restaurant—I might have wandered into the kitchen by mistake! I had a good chuckle with the staff before they showed me the way. the food was delicious, a mix of Indian, Indonesian, and Italian - quite the global feast. I enjoyed my morning buffet and the quirky bell-boy who doubled as my unofficial tour guide. A delightful stay that kept my camera clicking!

I truly adored the elegant decor of the hotel, especially the serene garden area where one could take a leisurely stroll and relax away from the hustle and bustle. the hotel's attention to detail in providing comfortable seating arrangements and clear signage made it easy for seniors like me to navigate around effortlessly.

Only improvement needed: more patience and empathy from the young ones working there.

The rooms were massive and super clean, just like the pictures they show online. the staff were mega friendly and went above and beyond to help us with cab bookings and sightseeing tips. Their indoor restaurant - Naivedya - served up some scrumptious eats that will make any foreigner feel at home! 🍲 the only downside was that the lighting in the corridors and stairs could use a little boost, but nothing major to spoil the experience.

Breakfast options were like a world tour, they had Indian, Indonesian, and Italian food - amazing! the buffet breakfast felt like a royal feast every morning. I also enjoyed sipping drinks at the snack bar.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the interiors were beautifully designed, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. The staff at Naivedyam restaurant provided excellent service. Minor suggestions include improving transportation options and addressing small service details like change return and car washing arrangements.

The location was also perfect for my needs, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Plus, the beautiful garden was a peaceful oasis where I could relax and unwind.

Sadly, there were a few negative aspects of my stay that detracted from an otherwise excellent experience. the room lacked ventilation and was dusty and poorly cleaned.
