We stayed at The Retreat Mashobra for a relaxing getaway and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the busy city of Shimla, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings of Mashobra Valley. The staff, especially Mr. Anupam and Mr. Bhupesh, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more comfortable. The rooms offered stunning views of the valley, and the food served at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

While the parking area was a bit tight for SUVs, it didn't pose too much of an inconvenience. Additionally, a glass partition separating the wet and dry areas in the bathroom would have been preferred.

The location of the hotel offers a serene atmosphere with beautiful views of the valley. Guests were pleased with the spacious and clean rooms, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. In addition, the lounge on the 5th floor was well-designed and provided a pleasant place to relax.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a 45-minute commute to reach the city center.

We recently had a romantic escape in the mountains, and while the scenery was breathtaking, our stay was less than perfect. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, and the food was tasty. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

It was far away from the city center, and you had to drive down a narrow and bumpy road to get there. we had a negative experience with some other guests who were incredibly rude and noisy.

The staff, excellent service, early check-in, good facilities, helpful manager, breathtaking valley views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms with balconies were incredibly clean and luxurious, providing a stunning view of the surroundings. The staff was well-mannered and polite, offering quick and efficient room service. The hotel's location was perfect - convenient, quiet, and serene. It was a great value for money and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was fantastic.
