The hotel is conveniently located in the white town area, just a short walk away from the Promenade beach. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a variety of TV channels to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of options, including both South Indian and Continental dishes.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as all the lights are controlled by a single switch, making it difficult to adjust the brightness.

The Richmond offers excellent hospitality, warm environment, and cozy rooms with privacy assurance. They provided a complimentary breakfast and drink right to my room, and were always ready to assist whenever I needed help. The food, especially the Chinese dishes and paper dosa with coconut chutney, was delicious.

Enjoyed our Xmas stay. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. Convenient location to major attractions and easily accessible by foot. Room service was efficient.

Room lighting was poor. No provision for working on a laptop.
