As an outdoor enthusiast, I missed my usual outdoor walks, and the gym didn't quite make up for it. While traffic snarls marred the location, and there were occasional slip-ups with room service, the Ritz-Carlton in Pune still sparkled.

It felt like exploring a magical forest where each meal was a delightful treasure hunt. the symmetrical spaces and natural elements transported me to a whimsical world of culinary delights.

We recently had a luxury stay at this hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional with a steam room, body wraps, and full body massage. the infinity pool had stunning views and sun loungers allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. We were delighted with the restaurant's food quality, serving delicious in-room breakfast, packed lunches, and special diet menus. the location was perfect with private facilities and a beautiful sun terrace.

The hotel offered us complimentary minibar and airport shuttle services, which was very convenient. the location was great, with easy access to various attractions in the city. We particularly liked the rooftop restaurant with its amazing view and tasty food.

The air conditioning in the main restaurant was not working well and it made dinner quite uncomfortable due to the heat. We also wished the hotel had more outdoor areas for walking and relaxation, as the gym was not enough to meet all our needs.
