The location here is awesome – right in the heart of where it's all happening! the rooms are so tidy and cozy, you won't want to leave. And the food is seriously top, notch – I'm still dreaming about it! the staff are like superheroes – always there to save the day. And let's not forget the super speedy laundry service , total lifesaver! the breakfast is the stuff of legends – you won't be disappointed. So, if you're looking for a place that's affordable, convenient, and all, around FABULOUS.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. The hotel was well-located along a busy street in an area with good transport connections. The rooms on the first floor were cozy and clean, while those on the 4th and 5th floors were spacious with comfortable beds. Finally, the breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, particularly the variety of bread, fresh fruits and omelette station.

All was perfect and made me feel special.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving stay. the complementary breakfast was delicious and filling. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's sights and sounds. the staff were wonderfully polite and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable.

The room we were assigned lacked proper soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the decor and furnishings seemed a bit outdated and in need of an upgrade.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the Chembur railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and supportive, providing excellent hospitality. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. Some rooms even offered a nice view. The food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding, with many guests coming specifically to eat there. The hotel also provided assistance in arranging transportation if needed.

There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity and the beds in some rooms were two single beds joined together instead of a queen bed as booked.

I appreciated that they invited me to order breakfast right after check-in, considering I would be checking out early the next day. The breakfast was delivered to my room and I found it to be of decent quality. The room itself was spacious with two single beds and had plenty of storage space. The manager on duty was extremely helpful when I checked out, assisting me in organizing a taxi service for my journey to Pune. I was overall pleased with my stay and would recommend The Royal Orchid to anyone needing an overnight stay.
