The location, by the river, is serene and peaceful.

The only issue I found was the size of the outdoor swimming pool, which could be improved. Nevertheless, the hotel offers many entertainment options, such as live music, karaoke, and evening performances.

Everything is what i need and want.

Great resort for a city escape with a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by beautiful scenery. The cottages had stunning views, and the guided nature walks and waterfall visit were refreshing. A perfect opportunity to get disconnected from phones and enjoy nature.

While the staff was courteous, the front desk services were lacking. Communication was not always clear, and some facilities that were expected to be provided were not available.
