This hotel is perfectly located right on the bustling Mall road, with rooms that offer a stunning view of the hills. It's not far from the city center, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff is helpful and polite, ensuring prompt room service and housekeeping. There are several dining options nearby, providing easy access to delicious meals. The rooms are well-maintained and offer all the necessary facilities such as comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast served in the in-house restaurant.

The hotel lacks a wider balcony for valley-facing rooms.

The font desk staff is amazing and will help you with everything. The location is in the middle of mall road, allowing easy access to both ends of the market. The in-house food for breakfast/dinner is better than most nearby restaurants. The rooms offer breathtaking mountain views. There is an Axis bank ATM right opposite the hotel. The retro bar on the 2nd floor serves delicious continental and Indian fast food. The hotel has a private parking area. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing with fresh, open decor and reasonable prices.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints.

During our city break, we enjoyed the location of the hotel being close to the city center but still secluded from the crowded streets. the view from our room was breathtaking as we could see the entire valley from our window. the staff was welcoming and warm. They even offered complementary tea and coffee which added to our delightful experience.

After a couple of days, we were tired of the same options. we were only provided with basic toiletries and coffee sachets were not provided in the room.

During our stay at Three Oaks Boutique, we were greeted by Mr Kandari, who kindly welcomed us after a long and exhausting journey. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were immediately shown to our comfortable room. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. The hotel's location on Mall Road was perfect, with easy access to the library end and plenty of nearby attractions and festivities. The staff, including Mr Kandari and his team, were incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, and the cozy room had everything we needed for a few days' stay.

One minor drawback we encountered was the slow water pressure in the fountain, which could have been better. Additionally, we would have preferred a jet shower for a more invigorating bathing experience.
