The location of the property was perfect, right opposite Dal Lake. We enjoyed the fantastic view from our room and bathroom. The restaurant staff were very friendly and tried to make us comfortable. We highly recommend the terrace restaurant, it's the best choice in the area.

Despite a few minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its stunning location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with a stunning view of the lake right outside my room. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The room was beautifully appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy throughout my stay. The hotel also provided a car hire service, making it convenient for me to explore the area. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus!

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

the quality and taste of the food at the hotel's restaurant left much to be desired. The facility's cleanliness and service were not up to par given the high price tag.
