The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre, close to the market and the Club House. It is also near the best cafes in town. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, with unique designs such as spade, heart, diamond, and flowers. The staff is friendly and prompt, providing excellent service. The breakfast served here, particularly the humble upma, is tasty and of good quality. There are also loads of great restaurants nearby to explore. The amenities include a dressing table, tea, TV, dinner table, and clean washroom.

There were some coordination issues with arranging taxi services through the hotel, which resulted in a poor experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of Old Manali. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always polite and helpful. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was reliable and I appreciated the free toiletries provided. this place was a great choice for my trip.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Warm welcome and pleasant stay. Antique decor and cozy vibe. Spick and span rooms. Prompt service. Good food and live performance. Perfect location. Mr. Thakur and Mr. Door went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Beautifully decorated rooms with unique designs and clean facilities. The location was perfect for exploring the area with easy access to both Old and New Manali. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from.

The mobile network was not strong and the internet was slow at times. Other than that, there was not much to dislike about our experience at this hotel.
