Courteous staff and enjoyable evening activities, especially the pianist Mr Saif Ali Khan. the Allita Hotel & Resorts in Kurseong offered a beautiful setting and decent amenities, though showing some signs of aging. the relaxation facilities like the spa and wellness center, garden area, and barbeque grills added to our enjoyment. We explored nearby landmarks like Castleton Tea Estate and Paglajhora Falls, enriching our family bonding experience.

I always return here for weekend getaways. the staff kindly lent me a phone charger once. With Free Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, spa, and more, it suits me perfectly. I love the 24-hour reception, laundry service, restaurant, and lounge for a relaxing stay.

The only minor issue was with the bar/lounge area. the prices were too high, making it too exclusive for most people.
