We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel nestled among snow-clad mountains. The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome drink and our special requests were promptly taken care of. The room service was top-notch, with housekeeping providing excellent service and laundry facilities readily available. The in-room amenities were impressive, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We were also able to enjoy our morning coffee on the terrace, taking in the tranquil ambiance.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the lovely mountain view from the balcony and the large and comfortable rooms with all amenities. The location was perfect as it was easy to access major tourist attractions and public transportation nearby. The mouth-watering breakfast and dinner served in the restaurant were one of the best experiences we had during our stay.

The service was not up to the mark, and we faced some difficulties while requesting extra towels. The pricing was a bit high, considering it was an off-season. the hotel has a great potential for improvement in services and pricing to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
