stayed at a treebo property in this city and had a great experience. the staff, including mr varghese, shyam, ahman, karan, and others, were very accommodating. the room was spacious, clean, and the location was convenient. although the food didn't meet the usual treebo standards, the overall ambience and service were excellent.

They were always ready to assist, even helping with carrying bags to the room. the in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of Indian and continental options. Trusting the food from outside was never a concern. the location, between the train and ferry, made it ideal for exploring Fort Cochin. It's not that convenient for other attractions, but the bus stop and metro station are within walking distance.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with good bedding and pillows. The bathroom is well-maintained and offers a good hot shower with excellent water pressure. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure to remind guests about breakfast and eagerly taking orders for dinner. Complimentary breakfast includes fruits and omelets.
