The front desk staff at this hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. They made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. the dining hall was also very pleasant, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. Additionally, the WiFi at the hotel was reliable and provided me with a good internet connection.

There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. the parking facility was quite limited and could only accommodate two cars.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was in a residential area, giving me a true Chennai feel. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable with double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes prepared daily.

Everything was satisfactory and there was nothing that needed improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and despite the language issue, the check-in process went smoothly. The room was well furnished and in good condition, just as shown in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast served was plentiful and delicious, with a new dish prepared every day. The hotel's location was very convenient, within walking distance to the TNagar area and the theynampet metro stop, which provided direct transportation to the airport. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a residential area, ensuring a peaceful stay without any disturbance from outside noise.

Great value for money and good location! the comfortable beds and clean rooms made for a great stay. Plus, the daily breakfast was a treat, especially the variety of dishes offered. the nearby metro stop and quiet residential area added to the convenience of the location.

While the rooms were mostly clean, there were a few maintenance issues such as broken doorknobs and limited English spoken by staff. the towels offered could have been fresher and softer.
