During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the helpful staff who provided great customer service. In particular, there was a manager who really went above and beyond in assisting me with transportation, food, laundry and other arrangements. I was pleased with the location of the hotel, which was in close proximity to a Reliance Mart. This provided convenience for any last-minute shopping needs. Lastly, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel.

During my stay at this hotel, there were a few things that I didn't like. it was difficult to locate the hotel as the phone number provided was not direct and led to an automated response system.

The staff, especially Mrs. Bharati at the reception, made my stay at Treebo Yash Inn comfortable and memorable. She was extremely helpful, assisting with transportation and providing great recommendations. The hotel's location was convenient, with everything I needed close by. The rooms were clean and the WiFi was fast, allowing me to work efficiently from the hotel. The breakfast served was delicious and the room service was prompt. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

The lack of a direct phone number for the hotel, which made it a bit challenging to find initially. Additionally, I would have preferred a small desk in my room instead of a coffee table.
