The room view was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The staff were hospitable and well-trained. The toiletries provided were top-notch. The minibar was well stocked up and the breakfast had a good variety of vegetarian options. The location was convenient with easy access to the mall and business center.

My Xmas stay was truly amazing. I loved the fact that we were offered a complimentary early check-in, and late check-out. the hotel's location near the airport made it so convenient for us to catch our flight. the food was exceptional, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make our dining experience unforgettable.

Our room was very noisy as it was situated next to a staff room. We were disturbed every morning by the noise of the staff coming in and out.

Our three-year-old was delighted by the housekeeping team's activity books and treats at Trident BKC. The breakfast spread was superb, and the staff's passion and sincerity was clear. I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a true luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided here ensure that every need is met. the Spa & wellness centre provides a truly rejuvenating experience, including a Turkish bath and beauty treatments. the swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool is pristine, and the snack bar provides great refreshments. the restaurant offers delectable dinner options, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue was the in-room breakfast, which was not quite up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. the rest of the restaurant options more than made up for it.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and great parking options. The location was perfect, especially for my visit to the US Embassy. The premium rooms provided ample space for a baby cot, and the view of the sunrise was beautiful. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was exceptional.
