Celebrated the New Year at a hotel in the heart of a historical city. the hotel's staff provided outstanding customer service and gave great recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the hotel had great amenities and offered a variety of different services throughout the day, making sure all guests had an enjoyable stay. the hotel's location was extremely convenient, being in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle.

The in-house restaurant was a bit underwhelming in terms of food options, but the area in which the hotel was located had some great alternatives. Pricing for the rooms was a little high compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

The location of Tripli Hotels Arunoday Palace was excellent, with easy access to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The in-house restaurant could have been improved, but there are plenty of great food options in the area. Parking was also a bit challenging, but the hotel did arrange parking in a nearby building complex.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the bustling market place, making it convenient for us to explore the local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The room we stayed in was of medium size, but it was impeccably clean and provided us with a comfortable sleep. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were extremely friendly and made us feel at home.

The in-house restaurant could have offered a better dining experience, but since there were plenty of food options in the surrounding area, we didn't mind exploring outside for meals.
