I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious villa with a private pool at the resort. the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable stay. the bathroom hand shower and water pressure need improvement. the breakfast spread was satisfying. Despite a minor issue with the food packaging, my overall experience at the resort was enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

The stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a heartfelt namaste. the room service was top-notch, with our rooms being spacious and clean. the breakfast spread was superb, offering a variety of European, South Indian, West Indian, and North Indian delicacies that not only looked good but tasted even better. the staff, especially Mr Aatish Surve, the F&B incharge, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. the ambience of the breakfast area, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge was inviting, making it a great place to relax with family and friends. the location of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to popular landmarks like Kanakeshwar Devasthan Temple and Kihim Beach.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. certain facilities like the pool table need to be updated as they appeared old and worn out.

We enjoyed a villa with a private pool, spacious and spotless rooms, and all necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our extended stay seamless. the food spread was delightful, and overall facilities were top-notch.

I had a great time at this place. The location was beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and right by the beach. The staff provided excellent service and were always available for any needs. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and free Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind. a wonderful experience!

We loved the location of the resort and the amenities it offered. The availability of cycles made it easy for us to explore the hotel and its surroundings. The Wi-Fi speed and range were impressive, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The layout of the property was well thought out, and the overall energy and greenery created a refreshing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and not cramped like a matchbox.

The staff, although courteous, seemed untrained and inexperienced. However, they tried their best to please us, even if their understanding of the hospitality industry was minimal.

I had a great experience with the hotel staff; they were very helpful and courteous. the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for enjoying fresh produce grown on-site.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the complementary wine and cake offered by the hotel. the location was perfect, as it was close to the beach and had a beautiful lawn which was well-maintained. I adored the live music played by the pianist which provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The swimming pool had limited timings during peak season which was inconvenient. the staff could improve their professionalism and be more efficient in service.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to Khim beach and the beautiful beaches nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast provided is delicious. The private pool in the royal villa is a great feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. Additionally, the property is well-maintained with a beautiful private verandah and access to various recreational facilities.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the kitchen and living room, were not well-maintained, which could be improved.
