Watching the rice boats and local fishermen from my lake view room was a true delight. The modern and comfortable rooms, along with the big bathrooms, added to the overall luxury experience. The friendly and professional staff, including the hotel manager, made my stay even more enjoyable. The food, whether it was a buffet or from the a la carte menu, was delicious and tailored to my taste. The hotel also arranged for an Alleppey rice boat to pick me up and drop me off at their small pier. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was decorated very well for Christmas, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the boat ride at sunset which helped us to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery and stunning location of the hotel by the backwaters. the food was also fantastic, with high-quality ingredients cooked to perfection.

Finally, the noise from construction work was disruptive and made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our holiday experience.
