My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! the staff, from the front desk to the chefs, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. the room service was top, notch, the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind, and the in, room breakfast overlooking the lawn at Pillars was a delightful experience. the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel were informative and well, organized. the lush garden area and spa facilities were perfect for relaxation, offering a range of treatments and services that left me feeling rejuvenated. the location atop the Chittar Hill provided stunning views of the city and Mehrangarh Fort, making it an ideal place to unwind and take in the beauty of Jodhpur.

It was a bit of a hassle to get a strong signal at times, which was surprising for such a luxurious property.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. the traditional Indian head massages followed by Pavithri treatment were rejuvenating, and the foot massages and body scrubs were pure bliss. the attention to detail, from personalized bed setups to customized meals, was impeccable. the grandeur of the property, along with the friendly staff and delightful activities like cookie making sessions, created a fairy tale-like experience. the overall ambiance and service truly made me feel like a king and queen.

The hotel's décor was simply enchanting, with its grand architecture and sprawling gardens reminiscent of a bygone era. the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with staff ready to assist at every turn. It truly felt like a palace where one could relax and enjoy the regal surroundings.

We were absolutely blown away by the grandeur and beauty of Umaid Bhawan Palace. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The warm smiles and welcoming attitude of the staff made us feel right at home. The palace itself is breathtaking, and the gardens are incredibly beautiful. The attention to detail in the lavish decorations, especially in the bathrooms, was truly impressive. The breakfast at Pillars was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also had the chance to enjoy the evening tea at Risala, followed by a captivating cultural program in the Central Hall. The Heritage Walk around the palace was a highlight, giving us the opportunity to learn about the rich history of the place. The personal tour of the palace organized just for our family was a special touch that we truly appreciated. Our children loved every aspect of our stay, and it became a memorable experience for them. We were so touched that our daughter even shared her experience in an essay and presentation at her school in the USA. Umaid Bhawan Palace provided us with a royal and magical experience that exceeded our expectations.

I had the most incredible experience at this hotel. Set in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it truly felt like staying in a royal palace. The Historical suites were amazing, with comfortable beds and attached balconies. The hotel staff provided outstanding service, accommodating all our requests and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of Rajasthani dishes. The pool area was lovely and the tour of the palace was informative. It was a truly regal visit!

The security staff at the main entrance were a bit rude and seemed to discriminate against some guests.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the stunning architecture that surrounded us, as well as the warm and welcoming staff. the hotel's gardens were beautifully maintained, and we particularly enjoyed sitting under the stars in the courtyard.

The room we were given was quite small and lacked the luxury we were hoping for. while there were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved, we still had a lovely time and would recommend it to others.

We had a luxurious and exclusive stay here, with outstanding service from the attentive staff. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, with a great indoor swimming pool and a wide range of beauty treatments. the restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of menus, along with an in-room breakfast option.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited entertainment options at this hotel. this was outweighed by the overall outstanding experience and amenities offered here.
