We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Khatun! Alim, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. the guesthouse is located in the charming district of Fontainhas, with a truly local vibe. the property is clean, well-decorated, and has a small kitchen and a beautiful backyard all to ourselves. We appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee, tea, water, mosquito repellent, and toiletries. After traveling in India for months, Villa Khatun truly felt like home. Thank you so much for everything!

Villa Khatun Guesthouse is a cozy and homely stay nestled in a quiet residential area. The location is convenient, being close to the bus station and the nearest bakery. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with hot showers and fans. The hosts, Alim and his wife, provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and the garden offers a lovely place to relax. The view from the guesthouse is stunning, especially on the edge of Fountainas.

We definitely got great value for our money at Villa Khatun Guesthouse. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was also perfect, close to the bus stand and a beautiful district called Fontainhas. The staff, especially our host Alim, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

While the hotel breakfast menu was decent, it would be great if they could offer a wider variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming ancestral villa in a beautiful area. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with a lovely community room and a balcony. the host, Alim, was extremely caring and attentive, even taking me to a local bakery. His wife, Naseem, prepared a delicious breakfast. the highlight was Alim's genuine concern for my safety when I left. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay at this cozy Villa cottage. It truly captured the charm of a Portuguese Goan house. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. the hosts were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to help us, even after we checked out. the location is convenient, close to the KTC bus stand and Fontainhas. I especially enjoyed waking up to the beautiful bird chirping at dawn and dusk. it was the best place we stayed during our trip in India.
