The food, especially the authentic Kerala thali, was a real treat for our taste buds. Cons: For dads, it would be great if there were more kids' meal options.

A nearby temple plays loud music in the mornings, so it's best to choose a hut closer to the lake for quieter mornings. No other complaints, as the overall experience was fantastic!
