The hotel was clean, spacious, and provided excellent amenities such as a common reception and dining area. The staff, especially Ms. Ramana, were polite and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room had a television with various channels, fast and strong wifi, and prompt tea and coffee service. The hot water in the bathroom was in top working condition. it was a satisfying and enjoyable stay for our family.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and were happy to receive complementary pumpkin pies and turkey. the hotel was located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, giving us the perfect opportunity to relax. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning service was amazing, leaving no stains or hairs on the bedding.

We were constantly being called on the room phone, and the laundry service damaged some of our clothing without even apologizing or offering compensation. On top of this, the staff blatantly checked our shopping bags without our permission, which was unacceptable.
